Trainings, Office Hours, Final Showcase: Included in the program are six 75-minute live trainings, six 60-minute office hour sessions, and a final showcase — a closing ceremony where you’ll present your reimagined business and fully step into your role as a creative visionary.

Weeks 1 & 2 – Define Your Foundation
You’ll begin by clarifying your personal metric of success — how you want to feel and what you want to experience by the end of the year. From there, we’ll build the foundation of your business: defining your vision, mission, and unique value proposition so you can lead with clarity and purpose.
Weeks 3 & 4 – Refine Your Offerings

Weeks 5 & 6 – Create Your Plan
